The location is perfect for exploring the city.

I was really disappointed with the lack of maintenance. The room I stayed in was outdated, and the shower had erratic temperature control.

It was fairly clean and the staff were wonderfully friendly and affable, beds were extremely comfy. Loved the price of our single room and its essentials

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The room conditions were abysmal, smelly, and unkempt, resembling a neglected doghouse. Major plumbing issues. Avoid at all costs. This place is not worth any price. My greatest regret is not heeding the warnings.

The hotel was clean, the room was big size and the bed was big. The restaurant was amazing with good food here, I had hot dishes. The decor was modern and the staff were lively and excellent. The location was good and perfect, at walking distance from an urban park. Could be great for walking around.

Staying at this hotel was fun for my big family, especially with the kids. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to nearby attractions like the Almaty Opera House. We loved the spacious suite with a amazing view of the mountains.

My wife says that the breakfast could use more variety.
